This condition involves severe pain during defecation and oftentimes results in bleeding. It causes a lot of discomfort even when sitting, walking, and cleaning the rectal area.

Too much strain during bowel movement eventually results to hemmroids. 1. For anyone suffering from constipation, “Senna” is a great natural laxative you can buy it over the counter now. But you only need a tsp or so..my brother had cancer and was on meds that constipated him terribly. This worked great and it’s natural! I’ve used it many times myself. Feel so much better!
