I have been using Holly Hayden’s H Miracle System for the last 3 months and I thought I would be nice to create a little review about my personal experience with this hemmroids treatment…

There are many hemmroids scams on the web this days, its really hard to know what really works. I hope that this article will help you make an intelligent decision about H Miracle Treatment.

My Own H Miracle Experience:

I don’t know about you but I have used most of the medicaments around for the hemmroids I suffered and I thought that I would never find anything that would really work.

I was more upset that I had this situation and that it wouldn’t go away no matter what cure I tried, I ended up thinking it was me, that there was something personally wrong with me. I just couldn’t get rid of that terrible feeling of burning sensation, pain and itching and some people that I confided in suggested going to have surgery to remove it.

Some people are fortunate enough to have a friend or relative to put them on to something that works, I wasn’t in that situation, I had to try so many until I finally found the one that worked for me.

After months of trying other ones, I found out about H Miracle through one of the hemmroid forum I visited. After reading in the forum about people that had success using H Miracle, I decided to give it a try. Within the first week of using H Miracle, I felt so much better. I was amazed because it actually work compared to other treatment I had. For the first time I was relieved of the pains and itching I had.

I have now been using H miracle for the last three months and I am so glad that I did, all the burning sensation and the pain and itching I had is gone. In my opinion it is the best. As you know I tried so many others before using H Miracle. I`m very happy with the result.

My personal conclusion:

If you suffer from hemorrhoids or fissures, I will definitely encourage you to try H Miracle. That’s my personal success talking. I`m really pleased that I did.

Lastly, I would like to say I really like the privacy of getting H Miracle online, I didn’t have to embarrass myself going to the drugstore to ask for a hemmroids medication and also I was very happy with the instant download of the product from H Miracle Official website.

Hemmroids are enlarged blood vessels or veins within the area of the rectum or anus which are usually caused by constipation. This condition involves severe pain during defecation and oftentimes results in bleeding. It causes a lot of discomfort even when sitting, walking, and cleaning the rectal area.

Too much strain during bowel movement eventually results to hemmroids. The pressure caused by this strain forces the blood to move toward the veins in the anal area resulting to the bulging or swelling of the blood vessels. During defecation, the hard stools may rupture the surrounding membranes of the veins causing it to bleed.

Hemmroids is a condition that is hard to get rid of. One alarming fact of it is that it gets worse and worse if not given immediate treatment. If the individual having hemmroids usually experience constipation, the possible cause of it would be his diet. Unbalanced diet leads to many health problems and constipation is always on the list.

People who suffer from hemmroids are usually advised to eat sufficient amount of fibrous food. This is necessary to avoid fecal impaction which leads to constipation. Fruits and leafy vegetables are some of the recommended foods which will help in relieving hemmroids.

The following are lists of foods recommended for patients suffering from hemmroids:

Fruits

Papaya, banana, oranges, mango, kiwi, apple, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, apricots, pears, pineapples

Vegetables

Cabbage, carrots, sweet corn, spinach, broccoli, lentils, kidney beans, cucumber, asparagus, onion

Grains and Nuts

Almonds, sunflower seeds, brown rice, whole wheat, barley

Others

Muffins, whole wheat bread, all bran, buns, bagels, grain bread

hemmroids

Aside from having sufficient amount of fiber in diet, fluid intake also has a significant role in prevention and relief of hemmroids. The recommended amount of water intake a day is six to eight glasses. Fruit juice is advisable except watermelon or other beverage that could change the color of the urine because this might be confused as blood during medical examination and could lead to erroneous diagnosis.

Avoid drinking caffeinated drinks such as coffee, cola, chocolate shakes and alcoholic beverages because this could lead to dehydration and would result to constipation.

Foods high in trans fats or cholesterol are not advisable to eat as well because they could result in obesity. People with overweight problem have greater tendency to acquire hemmroids because of the weight loaded on their lower extremities and this causes much pressure on the rectum during bowel movement.

Hemmroids involve the swelling of the veins located in the anal canal of the body which results in pain and discomfort to the person suffering this condition. Symptoms of hemorrhoids include severe pain, itch and redness in the area of the rectum, and bleeding during bowel movement. Many individuals having this problem experience difficulty in walking, sitting, or even cleaning the rectal area.
Two types of hemmroids include the internal and external hemmroids. Symptoms of internal hemmroids include bleeding during defecation. Some mucus deposits might be experienced in the anal area as well.

Noticeable hard nodules in the open area of the rectum characterize the external hemmroids. These can cause extreme pain just by mere touch as they are results of blood clots inside the hemorrhoids

The following is a list of herbal medicines that can be used as home treatments for relieving hemmroids:

1. Dandelion
• It is commonly taken as tea.
• It contains vitamins which aid in bodily processes.
• It softens the stools and prevents constipation.
• It can be made into a tonic which can treat hemmroids.

2. Aloe Vera
• It contains gibberlin, a hormone known to promote skin regeneration.
• It is known to relieve hemmroid pain fast by applying it on the affected area.
• It has laxative property that aids easy passage of stools during defecation.
• Its cooling effects and its healing property make it famous for treating inflammations like burns, abrasions and cuts.

3. Psyllium Seeds
• They are rich in fiber and can greatly help in smooth bowel movement as they help make stools softer.
• They are commonly used as they are readily available in stores.
• When included in daily diet, they can help relieve hemmroids and aid less painful bowel movement during constipation.

4. Butcher’s Broom
• It is usually made into a tonic or tea.
• It can be taken internally or applied externally to treat hemmroids.
• It functions as a vascular strengthener which helps repair ruptured walls of blood vessels in hemmroids.
• It also known to help problems of varicose veins.

5. Horsetail
• It is rich in collagen which is known for its healing properties.
• It has long been used to treat hemmroid bleeding.
• It is also known to stop bleeding for heavy menstruation, dengue, anthrosis and renal colic.

As we have discussed so far, we have learned that there are medicinal herbs readily available in our garden or the nearest store that we can use to treat ailments and problems like hemmroids. These herbal medicines are natural and inexpensive and can lessen our worries about spending much in finding relief through expensive synthetic medicines that can give us the same result.

Hemorrhoids or piles are ugly faces of an ailment. The condition of varicosity or swelling and inflammation of veins in the rectum and anus is known as hemorrhoids. It is also known as ‘haemorrhoids’ or piles.

The two most common types of hemorrhoids are external hemorrhoids and internal hemorrhoids.

Causes of Hemorrhoids or Piles:

The major cause of hemorrhoids results from weak rectal vein walls and/or valves. The following are some other hemorrhoids causes:

• Constipation

• Chronic diarrhea

• Straining during bowel movements

• Postponing bowel movements

• Poor bathroom habits; sitting for unusually long periods of time, e.g. reading on the toilet or excessive cleaning attempts.

• Pregnancy

• Fiber-deprived diet can also contribute.

A hemmroid is an enlargement of veins located in the lower section of the digestive tract specifically in the rectal area of the body. This condition results in severe pain that greatly affect the day to day activities of the patient. Individuals having hemmroids experience difficulty in walking, sitting, or even cleaning the rectal area.

Common symptoms of hemmroids include the following:

• Rectal pain before and after bowel movement.
• Swelling and redness in the anus.
• Constant itching in the anal area.
• Bleeding during bowel movement and the presence of blood in the stools.

Hemmroids are commonly caused by constipation. The friction of dry and hard stools during bowel movement causes the person to strain which leads to increased in pressure in the anal canal. This causes the blood vessels in the rectum to swell as blood rushes to that area. During defecation, the hard stools may rupture these enlarged veins which results to bleeding.

There are two types of hemmroids namely the internal and external hemmroids. Bleeding during defecation characterizes the internal hemmroids. Noticeable nodules in the open area of the rectum which are painful to touch characterize the external hemmroids. These nodules are cause by blood clots inside the hemmroids.

The following are recommended home treatments that can relieve common symptoms of hemmroids:

1. Eat food rich in fiber such as leafy vegetables, fruits, and wheat bread.
2. Drink enough amount of water every day, normally six to eight glasses a day.
3. Engage in physical activities. Exercise helps in blood circulation and can ease the discomfort experienced due to pressure.
4. Have warm sitz bath for about ten to fifteen minutes every day. This will help reduce swelling and discomfort.

People suffering from hemmroids are advised to make an appointment with a medical professional. The doctor will inquire about the symptoms experienced and will conduct physical examination.

On the other hand, when self care treatments are not enough, the doctor will conduct a particular medical treatment. The doctor may place small rubber bands around the affected area to reduce the blood flow and will eventually remove the hemorrhoids. In severe cases, however, surgery is conducted. This will work to eliminate the hemorrhoids and give relief to the patient.

When you are experiencing hemmroids, it is advisable to discuss your problem with your doctor. He or she will be able to help and give you effective treatments to your condition.

One of the types is internal and occurs inside your anal area, while the other type is the external type which is where the Thrombosed hemorrhoid starts. When a person experiences a Thrombosed hemorrhoid, this means there are clots in the veins causing them to protrude and making them clearly visible.

The Thrombosed hemorrhoid can be extremely painful and causes the person a lot irritation. Many times the Thrombosed hemorrhoid looks and like a raisin, it is usually quite hard and when you are sitting down it will be really painful

Cure for bleeding hemorrhoids is actually not very complicated. There are home remedies, clinical treatment and also surgery to cure this condition.

In your quest to search for a cure for bleeding hemorrhoids, you should consider the following

Avoid constipating and straining the bowel. This can be done by eating more fibrous food. This includes bran, fruits and vegetables. Also, ensure that you are properly hydrated

Soothe the hemorrhoid with a sitz bath. A sitz bath is really handy to cleanse the hemorrhoid area. This will reduce the time for the hemorrhoid to cure.

Ask your doctor to perform rubber band litigation. This procedure stops the blood flow to the hemorrhoid. This will stop the bleeding and reduce the swelling.

Ask your doctor to perform infrared coagulation. This procedure is the same concept as rubber band litigation.

Do surgery. Surgery involves making an incision on the hemorrhoid to take out the blood clot. It is a very effective cure for bleeding hemorrhoids.

Also, be sure to consult your doctor for more information on how to cure bleeding hemorrhoids.

Grade 1 internal hemorrhoids are offset when the hemorrhoidal cushion cannot retract to its usual position as normal. As reult of this, veins will swell and stickout from the cusion. When this occurs, thetissues connected to the veins are pulled together with it.

This causes the grade 1 internal hemorrhoids. This is just the beginning of somthing that can be much worse. If left untreated, it might develop into a stage 4.

t this stage, you would have wished that you treated it earlier.

external thrombosed hemorrhoids is a condition when a blood clot is developed in an external hemorrhoid. As a result of the blood clot, the free flow of blood from the hemorrhoid to other parts of the skin is blocked. This causes the hemorrhoid to become thrombosed and swell.

Sufferers of external thrombosed hemorrhoids will tell you that it is one of the most painful experiences that one can ever go through. However, sufferers of this condition should be relieved to know that this condition is usually not fatal.

External thrombosed hemorrhoids occur in the vein and not the arteries. Since it only occurs in the veins, the transportation of oxygen and toxins in the body is not affected as a whole. What happens is that toxins from the cells around the hemorrhoids cannot be carried away due to the clot. As a conseuence, they seep into the area of the hemorrhoid. This explains the massive pain.

Internal thrombosed hemorrhoids are difficult to see with the naked eye. Only when they prolapse and protrude outwards can they be seen. The main reason for this is the fact that the hemorrhoid is located very deep inside the rectum. However, there are symptoms that you can look out for to know whether or not you have internal thrombosed hemorrhoids. Fresh blood on the toilet paper or on the toilet stool is indicative that you might have this condition. Other symptoms that are suggestive of internal thrombosed hemorrhoids are strain and discomfort when experiencing bowel movement.

This condition can occur both internally and externally. The thrombosed hemorrhoids condition occurs when the hemroid becomes filled with blood. This is because of the formation of blood clots that prevents the blood that comes into the hemroid from getting out.

Thrombosed external hemorrhoid treatment can be done in many ways. Some involve surgery while some do not. We will look at two popular methods to treat thrombosed external hemorrhoid. The first method that is going to be discussed is what is known as infrared coagulation.

In this method, and infrared beam is used to treat the hemorrhoid. The beam is directed to the infected area to burn away the infected hemorrhoid.

Next, another kind of medical treatment to this condition is known as rubber band litigation. This treatment cures the hemorrhoid by stopping blood flow to the external thrombosed hemorrhoid. This is achieved by tying a rubber band around the protruding hemorrhoid. When the blood flow to the affected area is stopped, the hemorrhoid will disappear.

In addition to this, there are also other types of thrombosed external hemorrhoid treatment available.

thrombosed hemorrhoid treatment usually involves a minor surgery and a local anesthetic to the area involved. Usually, during this treatment, patients will be given local anesthetic. This is usually by means of injecting anesthetic to the hemorrhoid.

After the anesthetic has settled in, the doctor will slice the hemorrhoid open and will squeeze out its contents. Once this thrombosed hemorrhoid treatment process is done, the swelling is reduced and you are on your way to recovery. You will be provided with pain killers to take home.

Some people use moe medicine for thrombosed hemorrhoid treatment. Although this might help soothe the pain a little bit, it doesn’t do much in preventing future occurances.

Thrombosed internal hemorrhoids occur when internal hemorrhoids swell up and becomes filled with blood. Internal hemorrhoids happens when a blood clot is present in one of the veins inside your rectum. As a result of this, blood will be able to flow into the internal hemorrhoid but it would not be able to get out.

When this happens, things can get very painful. You would want to seek medical help to solve this condition.

If you have these symptoms, you might have thrombosed internal hemorrhoids and you should get it checked by a doctor.

Firstly, you should suspect that you are experiencing thrombosed internal hemorrhoids if you feel a lot of pain in your rectal or anus region. If you discover blood stains on the stool, this should increase your suspicion. Rectal itching and painful and incomplete bowel movement are among other things that suggests that you might have thrombosed internal hemorrhoids.

Thrombosed external hemorrhoids are manifested by the presence of a tender mass in the anus. This is a very painful condition. This condition is also usually coincident with other syptoms such as costipation or diarrhea.

Usually, the patient is put under observation for 48 hours. After the 48 hours, if the patient complains of extreme pain, ulceration and rupture, doctors will usually suggest surgery to remove the thrmobosed external hemorrhoids.

However, if the pain is mild and tolerable, sitz baths, stool softeners and analgesics are suggested to patients. This is because the patient is showing potential to self heal. Thus, they can save a lot of money by resorting to these solutions.

Some therapeutics such as topical nifedipine is also recommended by experts to cure thrombosed external hemorrhoids.

Blood – traces of blood on the toilet stool or on your toilet paper is indicative of a hemorrhoid

People who suffer hemorrhoid usually report incomplete bowel movements as well

In addition to this, rectal itchiness is also a sign of hemorrhoid

If you detect a soft lump at the anal opening, that suggests that you have hemorrhoid

If you have any of these hemorrhoid symptoms, you should consult your doctor immediately. This is even more important if you have blood from the rectum. This might just be signs for other problems such as colorectal cancer.

Besides that, other internal hemorrhoid symptoms include rectal bleeding. However, this is not as easy to detect as with external hemorrhoids.

For internal hemorrhoid symptoms, blood may come out with the stool. This happens as the stool picks up small quantities of blood as it moves through the large intestine on its way out.

Thrombosed hemorrhoid symptoms can be very annoying. These symptoms include difficulty to pass stool, discomfort when making bowel movements, and of course pain.

Here are some suggestions to treat the various thrombosed hemorrhoid symptoms.

Sitz Bath. Sitz bath is helpful to maintain the hygiene of the affected area. In addition to this, it also soothes the inflamed area.

Using stool softeners. Stool softeners are helpful as they reduce the need to strain during bowel movements.

Eat more fiber. Eating more fibre makes it easier to produce bowel movement.

Drink a lot of water. Being adequately hydrated helps in the digestive system and reduce constipation

All these are helpful to reduce thrombosed hemorrhoid symptoms. You should ask your personal physician for more help on this.

Who gets?
Hemorrhoids are very common when women and men. Half of the population aged over 50 have hemorrhoids.
The incidence of this disease is 2 per 1,000 people. Hemorrhoids are particularly common in pregnant women. Pressure on the region, if and hormonal changes, and I have birth, causing an increase hemeroidalnih blood vessels. For most women who have hemorrhoids associated with pregnancy, they are a temporary problem.

Prolapsed hemorrhoids
It is possible to prevent the re-emergence of hemorrhoids, change in lifestyle, in terms of modified food (food with more fiber – fruits, vegetables) and drinking plenty of fluids (8 to 9 hours of fluids, no alcohol, daily). Such a diet favors the emergence of soft chairs, and thereby facilitate discharge hose and reduce pressure, which when elevated favors the emergence of hemorrhoids

External hemroid pictures are not easy to look at but anyway here are some facts:

Hemorrhoids are swollen but normally present blood vessels in and around the anus (anus) and lower colon (rectum), which expanded under pressure, similar to varicose veins in the legs.

Description of disease
The most common cause of hemorrhoids is straining at the intestinal peristalsis (bowel movement). Additional elements include: pregnancy, heredity, aging, chronic constipation, diarrhea, prolonged sitting, anal infection.
Hemorrhoids can be external or internal. Internal occur near the beginning of the anal canal, and external to the anal opening. Hemorrhoids sometimes break out of the anus.
