Most of the time, i suffer the problem of constipation.I really do not know so much about Hemorrhoid.My diet is not so good, because of lack of time.Is it possible that my constipation problem may be changed into Hemorrhoid problem?I want to change my diet.What type of diet i should have to take?

Yesterday I had some kind of virus spent most of the day and night in the bathroom. Now I have what seems to be a large external Hemmroid. Will this shrink with cream and sit baths or should I go see the Dr?
