We will look at two popular methods to treat thrombosed external hemorrhoid. The first method that is going to be discussed is what is known as infrared coagulation.

In this method, and infrared beam is used to treat the hemorrhoid. The beam is directed to the infected area to burn away the infected hemorrhoid.

Next, another kind of medical treatment to this condition is known as rubber band litigation. This treatment cures the hemorrhoid by stopping blood flow to the external thrombosed hemorrhoid. This is achieved by tying a rubber band around the protruding hemorrhoid. When the blood flow to the affected area is stopped, the hemorrhoid will disappear.

In addition to this, there are also other types of thrombosed external hemorrhoid treatment available.
